Solar Ripp swimming pool heating systems are unique. The German designed and manufactured systems are made specifically for each installation. The solar collecting tubing is supplied in long rolls that are cut to size, and then mounted into support frames. The collectors can be mounted vertically, horizontally or in fact at any angle. As the tubes have gaps between them, they do not catch the wind like large panels, and are much easier to mount. The majority of the component parts are manufactured from Polypropylene, which is one of the most resistant plastics to Chlorine and UV attack.

SOLAR RIPP Distributing Manifold Pipe - 50mm outside diameter, also available as 75mm, 90mm, 110mm and 125mm for bigger systems used on public and hotel swimming pools.

SOLAR RIPP Tube - advanced 25mm rip tube with optimized geometry and updated materials. 25mm outside diameter for minimum inner pressure loss and minimum auxilliary pump energy required. Made from special plastic that is resistant to UV, seawater and chlorinated water. Lengths of 25m, 50m, 100m, 125m, 150m, 175m, 200m and 300m are available.

SOLAR RIPP Spacer and Clips - For rapid assembly with non-slip safety construction, the spacers provide optimal look of the solar system. Spacers are placed parallel every one metre for flat mounting, or every 50cm for use on flat roofs, fencing and walls. Made from an extremely UVresistant special plastic material and including U-joints to fit them together.
