RTM is the latest cutting edge technology that allows the replication in fine detail and high quality of a product such as a Filter Tank.
As both the internal and external faces of the tank are moulded, the interior finish is sealed and smooth, with none of the reinforcing fibres showing. This is beneficial to the end users of the Swimming Pool, as there is much less chance of any Bacteria becoming trapped on the interior walls of the filter, and therefore not being killed off by whatever sanitiser is being used.
These filter tanks are produced in our large new factory in Pleumeleuc in Brittany which has been equipped with the latest injection moulding equipment and materials handling Robots for high quality exact replication.
RTM filters come complete with quick connect multiport valves inc face pipe work kit, fully assembled, high quality glycerine pressure gauge, manual & automatic air relief systems and large quick fit clear lid, which gives an excellent view of the colour of the water, large water/sand drain port, hi flow lateral set for efficient backwashing. 5 year tank warranty.
